Dave Witts
Dave is an experienced physicist and technologist with over 15 years experience in developing sensors for many different application areas using a wide variety of technologies. Dave has successfully developed several inductive and electromagnetic sensing technologies, integrated into products, with over 200m sensors in safety critical applications.
His focus is on bringing technologies into production and fully meeting customer requirements in terms of performance, reliability and cost.

As well as deep expertise in a range of sensor types, he has a broad skill set in project and team management, technology development, new product introduction, and IP generation, assessment and management.
Paul Smith
Paul has been developing sensors for more than a decade. As an expert in inductive sensing his designs can be found in millions of automotive production parts delivering reliable and robust measurements. Paul has a wide breadth of knowledge gained from developing magnetic, optical and magneto-inductive technologies to meet new sensing challenges. Working from technology selection through to production within multi-disciplinary, international teams.
Paul has an analytical mindset which brings clarity and helps to get the key choices right in the early stages. Creating the foundations for market leading products.
Paul has a first class degree in Electronic Engineering and a PhD from the University of Surrey.
